Bachelor in ParadiseJoe Amabile and Serena Pitt are officially husband and wife!
The newlyweds were spotted out and about after saying “I do” at City Hall in New York City on Thursday morning.
Amabile, 36, and Pete, 25, said: “We always knew marriage was in our future, it just looked a little different than we expected.
“We’re still planning to have a big wedding next fall, but with everything being so public in our relationship, we both feel special and intimate by having a private moment,” he added. “Natasha Parker was our witness, someone who saw our relationship from the beginning.”
“We can’t wait to celebrate with all our family and friends at our wedding next year,” they continued, “because who doesn’t want to marry the love of their life twice?”
The couple shared their happy news on their Instagram and YouTube pages: “Just got married!!

The couple participated in the 7th season Bachelor in Paradise. After the show ended, Amabile and Pitt maintained a long-distance relationship for months before moving in together in New York City in March 2022. In August 2022, they celebrated another relationship milestone: their engagement party in Pitt’s hometown of Toronto.
Pitt told People at the time, “I think my parents originally came up with the idea for an engagement party. “We got engaged and it was a secret for a while. So it was a great idea to bring some of our family and close friends together to celebrate this one year.”

“Everything happened so fast, but now we’re a year down the road and we’ve realized that our parents have never met in person yet,” said 36-year-old Amabile. This was a great way for our parents to bond and get closure,” he explained. Friends to meet each other’s best friends.”
